Within a 60 minute face-to-face session, I can offer advice and guidance for all things running related. Running technique assessment, stretching routines, sports performance weight training and running training programmes are all things that I am passionate about.
I have been incredibly keen on all sports since an early age so a love for cross country running and more recently, 5km races to marathons is no surprise. I studied sports science at university, which has given me the knowledge of training and recovery techniques that are fundamental for running.
Whilst this might seem like a daunting prospect, it is possible for running training to fit in around busy personal and work lives. Determination and goal orientated training are the most pivotal elements, making those early morning runs more appealing.
