Please be nice, I’m new to blogging!

Hello Everyone,

In my first blog I want to make it clear that I am a personal trainer, not an English teacher so please excuse any small grammatical mistakes.

I can’t explain how excited I am about starting my fitness journey with you all and to be part of the body-positive movement.

To me exercise has always been an escape from the world and time to focus on myself, physically and mentally. It brings me peace and happiness and this is what I want to share with my clients. It’s where you build your self love, confidence, sleep patterns, energy levels, the list goes on and on.

It’s no secret that the power of positive thoughts can move mountains, I know this to be true. As we all know sometimes, positivity isn’t always easy to come by. This is what I want to be able to help you improve with the power of exercise.

Physically it will change your appearance whether if it’s toning your tummy, attacking your bingo wings, improving your posture or shredding a few pounds.

Mentally I want you to be able to walk away from a session thinking I did that! And that I pushed myself that little bit more. There is not a better feeling going to bed knowing you did your best and achieved that goal. Mindset has so much to do with how we all individually perform, whether it be mentally or physically.

Due to my past history of long periods of illness, I really want to help clients who have suffered with illness or injury. I found fitness such a positive help to get me through those times. No matter your age or your health, I’m qualified to help you.

Pre and post-natal care is a passion of mine and such a special time of your life, let me make it that little bit easier with gentle workouts, stretching and meditation.

I am not going to promote fad diets I will advise on an enjoyable, fresh, varied and no-diet approach to being healthy.

Please keep tuned in and have some patience with me as blogging is completely new to me. I so look forward to sharing blogs on more specific topics. I am going to cover how to work out certain muscle groups, simple exercises to do at home and simple recipe ideas.

Love, Miranda
